Project Creation:
We wanted to exercise our social muscle and see how well we can do in event organising, event promotion, social media and community building. We had to come up with a vessel, through which we can showcase our abilities, and we ended up picking a day-party concept.
Creative Process:
As we mentioned before, it was important to us to have a strong community aspect. It was for this reason we decided to name the party "Club Nedelya", nedelya meaning Sunday in Bulgarian. Referring to the party as a "club", gave us a serious edge to other parties, and proved to make people think of it as a book club, or a movie club, a tight knit community. With the addition of pre-order only merch, that sells out, we made people desire to be part of the club, something only achievable by attending the parties.
Results:
On a brand new profile, we managed to get 200k views in 19 days, with our first post getting 11k views. In one week we can boast on a total of 35k views, 730 likes, 380 shares and 110 reposts. At the first party, attendance was plenty with a total of 200 guests arriving at the first even event, with 1 week promotion on social media, with no ad spend.
